Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Unit Manager at Brit Property Nigeria Ltd, located in Ikeja. The Unit Manager will oversee daily operations, lead and motivate a team, track team performance, and ensure individual and team sales targets are met. Key responsibilities include implementing strategies to enhance sales and customer service, coordinating Land marketing efforts, and fostering strong client relationships. The Unit Manager will also ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high standards of professionalism within the team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in leadership, team management, and performance evaluation
- Ability to develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies
- Strong skills in communication, interpersonal relations, and customer service
- Knowledge of the real estate industry, property marketing, and land surveying is a plus
- Proficiency in organizational skills, problem-solving, and decision-making
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Estate Management, or related field
- Prior experience in a similar role within the real estate industry is an advantage
