Job Description
At Brit Properties Nigeria Limited, we don’t just sell land; we build legacies. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Unit Manager to oversee our operations in Asaba, Delta.
Your role will involve managing property units, coordinating maintenance, handling tenant inquiries, and ensuring tenant satisfaction. You will also be responsible for maintaining property standards, managing budgets, and implementing strategies to maximize occupancy and profitability.
We require candidates to have 1-5 years of relevant experience and the appropriate qualifications. This position is full-time, offering a monthly salary of ₦100,00.
