Job Description
Lead and scale our B2C sales organization to drive revenue, customer acquisition, and retention. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, set ambitious but attainable targets, coach and mentor sales managers, optimize sales processes and CRM usage, and collaborate closely with marketing and product teams. You will own KPIs, forecasting, and pipeline health while implementing data-driven improvements. Ideal candidates have 8+ years in consumer sales, 3+ years in leadership, a proven track record of meeting revenue goals, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with digital channels.
