Job Description
Job Purpose: Assist in delivering a high-quality after-school program, providing a safe, engaging, and fun environment for students while supporting the Team Lead and staff.
Overview: The After School Program Assistant will support planning, supervision, and delivery of activities and homework help.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning activities, games, and crafts.
- Support students with homework and reading.
- Supervise students during activities and snacks.
- Ensure student safety and supervision.
- Assist with behavior management.
Qualifications: Experience working with children in a school or after-school setting preferred.
