Job Description
C. Charles Resources Limited is seeking an IT Support Representative to join our team in Kaduna Metropolis. Candidates must reside nearby.
Responsibilities Include:
- Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and connected IT devices.
- Provide onsite or remote support for service requests and incidents.
- Troubleshoot system and network problems.
- Manage hardware maintenance for workstations and laptops.
- Coordinate IT asset inventory.
- Lead and mentor team members.
