Job Description
We are hiring a full-time Supermarket Supervisor for Canaan Human Resource Solutions based in Aboru, Iyanapaja, Lagos. Important: Only residents of Aboru or Iyanapaja will be considered. The supervisor will oversee daily store operations, lead and motivate staff, manage stock and displays, handle inventory and ordering, ensure cleanliness and safety, resolve customer issues, and support sales and promotions. Requirements: HND or B.Sc. in Business Administration/Management or related field, 2–3 years supermarket/retail supervisory experience, strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; MS Office proficiency preferred. Salary: ₦100,00–₦150,00/month plus performance bonuses and growth opportunities.
