Job Description
Career and Consult is seeking a motivated B2B Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with corporate clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales or client relationship management and thrive in a performance-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop long-term relationships with key business clients.
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention as the main contact for assigned accounts.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Monitor account performance and track KPIs.
- Attend networking events and client meetings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3–5 years of experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
