Job Description
We seek a Merchant Partnerships Executive to build and grow partner relationships, drive merchant acquisition, and manage onboarding and retention. You will negotiate terms, design joint promotions, monitor KPIs, and coordinate with product, marketing, and operations to optimize merchant experience. Ideal candidate has 2+ years in partnerships or sales, strong negotiation and communication skills, a data-driven mindset, and proficiency with CRM and Excel. You must be proactive, organized, and customer-focused, able to hit targets and scale partner programs.
