Job Description
Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Total Monthly Pay: N90,00 (N75,00 Gross + N15,00 Transport Allowance)
Reports to: Supervisor, Shop Operations & Territory Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers
- Resolve and escalate customer queries effectively
- Manage shop cash and stock
- Maintain shop standards and operations
- Prepare and submit daily operational reports
- Suggest improvements to enhance customer experience
Requirements:
- 1–2 years experience in customer service or telecom
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (mandatory)
- OND, HND/BSC
- Must demonstrate integrity and a customer-first mindset
