Job Description
Careers Verified is seeking an experienced HR Officer to support our Human Resources department. The HR Officer will handle recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training coordination, and HR administration while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding, Employee Relations, HR Administration, Performance Management, Training & Development, Policy & Compliance.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; 2 years of HR experience; knowledge of labor laws and HR practices; strong interpersonal skills; proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
