Job Description
Full-time role as first-line customer contact at our shop. You will handle, document, and report customer queries, follow up with departments, and escalate delays. Maintain cordial customer relationships, manage shop stock and cash, and ensure shop upkeep to meet service standards. Coordinate remedies for operational issues, model a customer-service attitude, motivate colleagues for customer delight, prepare timely daily operational reports, and share process improvements with management. Qualifications: Graduate with 1–2 years in a similar telecom customer care or shop operations role. Compensation: ₦100,00–₦120,00 per month.
