Job Description
Careers Verified seeks a Telecom Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional support across voice, chat, and email. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries on network issues, data plans, SIM registration, and billing; troubleshooting and escalating technical cases; processing SIM swaps, data activations, and account updates; maintaining CRM records; educating customers on products and promos; handling complaints and following up; and reporting recurring issues while ensuring NCC compliance. Qualifications: OND/HND/B.Sc., strong communication and customer service skills, basic telecom knowledge, CRM proficiency preferred, and ability to work under pressure and in shifts. Job Type: Full-time. Salary: ₦100,00–₦120,00/month.
