Job Description
The Consumer Lending Executive drives retail loan growth by sourcing, evaluating, and managing personal, salary advance, auto, and other consumer credit applications. Responsibilities include customer acquisition, preliminary credit assessments, documentation, coordination with credit risk, operations, and legal for timely approvals and disbursements, educating borrowers on terms and charges, monitoring repayments to reduce delinquency, maintaining sales records and reporting, and ensuring KYC and regulatory compliance. KPIs: loans booked, acquisition/retention, turnaround time, portfolio quality, and delinquency. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, Economics, relevant lending experience, and strong sales, negotiation, and credit knowledge. Full-time; Pay: ₦100,00–₦120,00/month.
