Job Description
Careers Verified seeks a full-time Graduate Trainee (₦90,00–₦100,00/month) to learn retail credit, customer acquisition, loan processing, credit assessment, KYC, and compliance. Duties: support marketing of personal/salary loans, source and onboard customers via field and digital channels, collect and verify documents, assist disbursement follow-up, learn credit assessment, educate customers, and maintain records. Development: product knowledge, sales, credit risk, regulatory compliance, and portfolio monitoring. Qualifications: Bachelor’s (min Second Class Lower), NYSC where applicable, 0–1 year experience.
