Job Description

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to identify sales opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate will be proactive, persuasive, and passionate about delivering value to customers. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, referrals, and networking Present, promote, and sell company products or services to prospective clients Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activities Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals Negotiate contracts and close sales deals Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to improve sales performance Requirements & Qualifications Minimum of HND / Bachelor’s degree (depending on role level) Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role (experience may be an advantage) Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and under pressure Good understanding of sales techniques and customer service Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools High level of integrity and professionalism
