Job Description
We are hiring a Postpartum-Newborn Care Specialist to support mothers and newborns during the critical postnatal period. You will provide newborn care (feeding, bathing, sleep routines), breastfeeding support, maternal recovery assistance, infant health monitoring, and family education. Duties include developing care plans, documenting progress, coordinating with healthcare providers, and offering light household support related to infant care. Requirements: certification in newborn/postpartum care or a nursing/midwifery background, current infant CPR, minimum 1 year postpartum/newborn experience, excellent communication, empathy, and reliable references. Flexible schedule and respect for family-centered care required.
