CashXpress Nigeria Limited is seeking a passionate and skilled Automation Manager (Voice Product Analyst) to enhance our voice technology and provide seamless financial services. This role requires a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience in product analysis, specifically within voice or audio-based technology.
Your key responsibilities include analyzing and optimizing our voice-based products, monitoring customer feedback, and collaborating with our team to improve user experience. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like SQL and Google Analytics are essential.
