Job Description
Castel Resources Consultancy Ltd is seeking a Customer Care Personnel in Ikeja, Lagos (full-time). You will greet and assist customers, handle inquiries via phone, email, or in person, provide accurate product/service information, resolve complaints, document interactions, process transactions, and escalate issues as needed. Strong communication, patience, and a customer-focused attitude are required. Bachelor’s degree with 2–4 years’ experience preferred.
