Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Lagos for a Real Estate Broker. The Real Estate Broker will be responsible for managing property transactions, facilitating property sales and purchases, identifying client needs, and providing professional advice. The role also involves conducting property tours, negotiating contracts, networking with potential clients, and ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory frameworks.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Brokerage and Real Estate
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Sales
- Understanding of Real Property management principles
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proactive, results-oriented, and detail-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Licensed real estate broker (or ability to meet licensing requirements)
