Job Description
CAUTIOUS SERVICES LIMITED is seeking a qualified Legal Officer and Assistant Company Secretary to join our dynamic team in Lagos. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Preparing notices and agendas for board meetings and AGMs.
- Taking minutes, drafting resolutions, and filing with the Corporate Affairs Commission.
- Maintaining statutory books and filing returns.
- Researching legal compliance and overseeing company policies.
- Managing correspondence and drafting major contracts and reports.
Pay: From ₦150,00.00 per month.
Qualifications: LLB/BL (2-5 years post-call experience), ICSAN (advantage), age not exceeding 28.
