Job Description
We are seeking a Learning and Development Associate to design and deliver training programs, manage LMS content, coordinate workshops, and evaluate learning outcomes. The role requires collaboration with subject-matter experts, tracking training metrics, and supporting employee development initiatives. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in HR, education, or related field, 1–3 years of L&D experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with e-learning tools.
