Job Description
Join the CENTRE FOR PUBLIC SERVICE PRODUCTIVITY AND DEVELOPMENT (CeProd) in Lagos as a Graphics and Customer Service Associate. We are looking for a creative and organized individual to design engaging graphics and provide excellent customer service. You will respond to customer inquiries via email and WhatsApp while crafting eye-catching visuals for our marketing activities.
Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries professionally, provide product details, maintain customer records, and design graphics for social media and campaigns while ensuring brand consistency.
Requirements: Experience in customer service, proficiency in CorelDRAW, Canva, or Adobe Photoshop, strong written English skills, multitasking ability, and a keen eye for design.
