Job Description
CEO’s Mart is seeking a dedicated Supermarket Floor Supervisor to manage daily operations on the sales floor. The ideal candidate will oversee a team, implement business strategies, and enhance customer experience while ensuring that sales objectives are met.
Responsibilities include: supervising staff, monitoring inventory, implementing merchandising strategies, analyzing sales data, and ensuring compliance with health regulations. Applicants should possess strong leadership skills and previous experience in retail operations.
Qualifications: High School Diploma (degree in Retail Management preferred), retail experience, excellent communication skills, and inventory management proficiency.
