Job Description
Full-time Business Analyst to analyze processes, identify gaps, and recommend data-driven solutions. Serve as liaison between stakeholders and technical teams: gather and document requirements, define functional and technical specs, support UAT, and monitor implementations. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, proven BA experience, strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint, documentation (BRD/FRD/process maps), and data analysis; Agile or Waterfall a plus.
