Job Description
Chariot seeks a full-time Real Estate Agent in Lagos. Duties: market and promote properties, coordinate viewings, manage client/owner relationships, prepare offers, leases and contracts, support rent collection and tenant onboarding, and conduct market research. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Estate Management, Business or related field; 2+ years real estate experience; strong communication, negotiation and customer-service skills; knowledge of Nigerian property law; proficiency in MS Office and CRM; honest, organized and detail-oriented. NIESV/IRWA membership and familiarity with Lagos documentation are a plus. In-person role.
