Job Description

Chariot seeks Estate Surveyors in Lagos to market and promote properties, coordinate viewings, manage client relationships, prepare offers and leases, support rent collection and tenant onboarding, perform market research, and work with legal, finance, and admin teams. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Estate Management or Business Administration, 2+ years in real estate/property management, strong communication, negotiation and customer-service skills, knowledge of Nigerian property law, and MS Office/CRM proficiency.
