Job Description
We seek a Customer Experience & Sales Executive to manage client relationships, handle inquiries, and drive revenue. You will identify sales opportunities, meet targets, deliver exceptional service, resolve issues, and maintain CRM records. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve the customer journey and support onboarding, retention, and upselling initiatives. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in sales or customer service, strong communication and negotiation skills, problem-solving ability, CRM experience, and a customer-first mindset. Fluent English and a results-driven attitude required.
