Job Description
We are seeking a Services Head to lead client service operations, oversee service delivery, and drive continuous improvement. You will manage cross-functional teams, ensure KPI achievement, implement service strategies, and maintain strong client relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention.
Qualified candidates have 5+ years in service management, proven leadership, strategic planning, budget oversight, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Experience with process optimization and performance metrics is required.
