Job Description
We are hiring LOAN OFFICERS to build strong, long-term client relationships based on trust and mutual value. Responsibilities include identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities; mobilizing clients in assigned market areas; collecting and reviewing loan applications and documentation; performing thorough credit analysis (business assessments, cash-flow evaluation, character checks, and collateral verification); recommending loan approvals or rejections per risk assessment and lending guidelines while ensuring KYC compliance; maintaining a healthy loan portfolio with low default and delinquency rates; and educating clients on products, terms, and repayment obligations. Job Type: Full-time. Pay: ₦150,00.00 – ₦200,00.00 per month.
