Job Description
Full-time Loan Officers responsible for building long-term client relationships, identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, and mobilizing clients in assigned markets. Collect and review loan applications and documentation; perform thorough credit analysis including business assessments, cash-flow evaluation, character checks, and collateral verification. Recommend loan approval or rejection following risk assessment, lending guidelines, and KYC compliance. Maintain a healthy loan portfolio with low default and delinquency rates and educate clients on products, terms, and repayment obligations. Job Type: Full-time. Pay: ₦150,00.00 – ₦200,00.00 per month.
