Job Description
Class Suites Hotels & Apartments, with locations in Lagos and near the airport, is seeking a full-time Maintenance Officer based in Ikeja, Lagos. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance and inspections of AC, generators and pumps; diagnosing and repairing electrical, plumbing, mechanical and HVAC systems; carpentry, painting and general upkeep; responding to guest and staff maintenance requests; monitoring fire alarms and safety compliance; supervising maintenance staff and coordinating contractors; keeping maintenance logs and reporting major equipment needs.
