Join our team at Clerview Business Solutions Ltd as a Guest Support & Social Media Manager. You will ensure every guest’s stay is smooth from booking to check-out, driving repeat business with proactive support.
Responsibilities:
- Send booking confirmations and stay guides via email/WhatsApp
- Manage client data and onboarding
- Resolve reported issues promptly
- Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams
- Create and manage social media content
Requirements:
