Job Description
CLG International Properties Ltd is seeking a qualified Facility Manager for our Ibadan & Oyo State location. This full-time position offers a monthly salary ranging from NGN 150,00 – 250,00.
The ideal candidate will oversee the day-to-day functionality of the Centre’s physical infrastructure, ensuring compliance with operational procedures and safety standards. You will manage procurement, supervise maintenance, and liaise with technicians for repairs. Strong communication skills and minimum HND qualification are mandatory, along with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
