Job Description
We are hiring a skilled Chinese Chef to lead our kitchen and craft authentic Cantonese, Sichuan, and Northern Chinese dishes. Responsibilities include menu development, ingredient sourcing, supervising kitchen staff, maintaining food safety, and ensuring consistent quality. Candidates should have 3+ years’ experience in Chinese cuisine, strong knife skills, knowledge of wok techniques, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
