Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and driven Growth Associate to engage passersby in key public locations and promote Club Concierge memberships. You will qualify prospects, capture contact details, and support events and on-site activations while achieving daily lead targets.
Qualifications: Minimum High School Education (Diploma in Sales or Marketing preferred), 1 year of experience in promotion, sales, or event marketing. Fluency in English required; knowledge of Swahili or other languages is a plus. We value charisma, confidence, and strong interpersonal skills.
