Job Description
As a Housekeeping Supervisor you will lead a team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. You will schedule and train staff, assign duties, inspect rooms and public areas, manage laundry and supply inventories, and enforce safety and hygiene protocols. The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to handle guest requests and quick problem-solving. Minimum 2 years housekeeping experience and supervisory skills preferred. Flexible hours, weekend shifts, and physical stamina are required. Report to the Operations Manager and contribute to continuous improvement of service and efficiency.
