Job Description
We seek an Experienced Hostel Master to manage daily operations, maintain a safe and welcoming environment, and oversee staff and resident services. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, conflict resolution, and housekeeping oversight skills.
Responsibilities include supervising dormitory maintenance, coordinating check-ins and check-outs, enforcing policies, handling emergencies, and reporting to management. Minimum 3 years in hostel or residential management, excellent communication, basic bookkeeping, and flexible shifts required.
