Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Housekeeper role based in Jabi. The Housekeeper with other team members, will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the apartments, managing laundry services, and ensuring a pleasant experience for all guests. Daily tasks include cleaning and sanitizing living spaces, keeping common areas organized, assisting with guest requests, and maintaining the high standards of comfort and service that set Cologne Residence apart.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Laundry and general housekeeping services
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with guests
- Excellent Organization Skills to manage tasks and maintain the cleanliness of the apartments
- Ability to undergo Training to meet the Cologne Residence’s service and operational standards
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is a plus.
