Job Description

We are seeking a Collection Officer to follow up with due and overdue customers to recover principal and interest receivables. Use legal, compliant communication channels (calls, SMS, online) to remind customers of repayment obligations, negotiate payment arrangements, and escalate cases when necessary. Monitor accounts to reduce bad debt risk and improve recovery rates. Full-time position. Pay: ₦70,00.00 – ₦180,00.00 per month.
