Job Description

Proactive Call Center Agent to handle phone, email, social media, and in-person inquiries; provide product/policy information; resolve complaints; record interactions; and support sales and operations. Requirements: OND/HND/B.Sc, 0–3 years customer service experience, NYSC eligible, residence within Mushin, Oshodi, Ilupeju, or Gbagada (Lagos), clear diction, strong communication, multitasking, basic MS Office and internet skills, attention to detail, and good telephone etiquette.
