Job Description
SALES EXECUTIVE – TRAVEL & VISA SERVICES
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Mode: Onsite with in-person client engagement as required
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are hiring a Sales Executive to support revenue growth across visa services, leisure travel, and corporate travel solutions.
This role is suited for a sales professional who is confident engaging prospects, following up leads, and closing service-based sales. The ideal candidate understands that strong sales performance comes from initiative, consistency, and the ability to convert interest into commitment.
COMPENSATION
Base Salary: ₦250,00 – ₦350,00 (net)
Commission: Performance-based commission on closed deals
This role offers a stable base salary with commission for sales professionals who can deliver results.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Convert inbound enquiries (visa and travel services) into paying clients
- Proactively follow up leads via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and meetings
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities beyond inbound enquiries
- Engage prospective individual and corporate clients through both online and in-person interactions
- Present the company clearly and professionally
- Build relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals
- Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to payment
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and closed deals
- Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth service delivery
