Job Description
Corinthia Villa Hotel, a luxurious boutique hotel in Garki 2, Abuja, is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Sous Chef to join our culinary team. Our hotel boasts 70 uniquely designed rooms, a modern wellness center, and a captivating outdoor pool, all aimed at providing absolute comfort for our guests.
Responsibilities: Supervise kitchen staff, train new hires, manage inventory, ensure health and safety compliance, assist with menu planning, and oversee daily kitchen operations.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree, strong culinary skills, excellent organizational abilities, and knowledge of food safety procedures.
