Job Description
Coscharis Beverages Limited seeks a full-time, permanent Secretary responsible for typing, editing, formatting documents, filing, data entry, and database maintenance. You will answer and direct calls, handle correspondence, coordinate with internal and external parties, arrange appointments, meetings and travel, manage calendars, order supplies, process mail, and maintain office equipment. Additional duties include preparing imprest requests, monitoring vehicle licensing renewals, preparing and sending invoices to major bank customers, supporting accounts and inventory reports, taking accurate minutes, documenting meetings, and assisting with special projects and research. Compensation: ₦70,00 per month.
