Job Description

Cr8 Careers seeks an experienced Farm Manager to plan and coordinate planting, harvesting, and livestock care. You will develop schedules, budgets, and sustainable practices to optimize productivity and profitability, monitor crop yields, animal health, and environmental conditions, and implement corrective measures. Lead and train farm staff, manage contractors and seasonal labor, maintain equipment, control inventory and expenses, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Keep accurate records, coordinate with agronomists and veterinarians, and market products to buyers. Full-time position. Pay: ₦80,00–₦100,00 per month.
