Job Description
Cr8 Careers seeks a full-time Factory Worker at the Farm to support crop production and animal care. Responsibilities include planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops; feeding, watering, and monitoring livestock health; operating and maintaining farm machinery and equipment; applying fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides; repairing fences, outbuildings, and farm structures; assisting with livestock delivery and care; and managing animal waste to maintain cleanliness and health standards. Pay: ₦50.00 – ₦60,00.00 per month. Ideal candidates are reliable, physically fit, safety-minded, and experienced with basic farm tools and machinery.
