Job Description

About the role

We’re hiring a hands-on Operations Coordinator to stabilise daily production and bring structure to workflow. This role requires daily presence on the production floor, coordinating work across design, production, inventory, and dispatch.

This is not a desk-only role.

Role structure

• Phase 1 (first 3 months): Hands-on operational stabilisation
• Phase 2 (next phase): Expanded responsibility as systems stabilise

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily workflow and priorities
• Ensure materials, designs, and timelines are ready before work starts
• Enforce process, quality, and deadlines
• Flag delays or bottlenecks early and escalate when needed
• Support hands-on operations during peak or urgent periods
