Job Description
Critters Veterinary Centre seeks a Customer Service Officer to manage client inquiries, explain product/service benefits, process orders, document customer data, resolve complaints, and upsell when appropriate. Responsibilities: respond promptly and courteously, provide product/service information, maintain accurate records, meet resolution timelines, and keep a clean, professional workspace. Requirements: B.Sc/HND in any field, minimum two years customer support or marketing experience, excellent communication, active listening, emotional intelligence, team player, comfortable with dogs and cats; proximity to Lekki is an advantage. Gross salary: N200,00/month. Only qualified candidates will be contacted.
