Job Description
We seek a results-driven Sales Manager (3–5 years) in vegetable oil, agro-processing, or FMCG with expertise in CPKO and shea butter. You will expand market reach, secure LPOs from soap manufacturers, win B2B accounts, build client relationships, coordinate LPOs with operations, meet sales targets, develop plans, track market and competitors, collaborate with marketing and ops, and prepare reports and forecasts. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Business/Agriculture/Marketing, proven sales record, strong communication, negotiation, analytical skills, and MS Office/CRM proficiency.
