Job Description
Cryptomania Exchange is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of ND, HND, or BSc in any discipline, with 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience preferred. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Excel are essential.
