Job Description
CVM Career Company is seeking a motivated Recruitment Intern to support our hiring processes and gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition. This role is ideal for recent graduates eager to learn the fundamentals of recruitment, HR operations, and candidate management.
Responsibilities include:
- Drafting and posting job ads
- Screening CVs and shortlisting candidates
- Coordinating interviews with the hiring team
- Communicating with candidates
- Supporting documentation and record-keeping
- Participating in onboarding activities
